Moon Landing

Once upon a time there was a 12 year old girl who one night was enchanted by the most beautiful and realistic fable that ever happened: the landing on the Moon. Exactly 50 years have passed since the most epic event in human history. Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin, who started in Apollo 11, arrived on the satellite that gives light to our nights and left their footprints there, on that luminous surface that the 12-year-old girl, like other millions of people glued to the screens of the old TVs, looked like an enchanted desert.
I still remember the excitement of that moment and now I am happy to celebrate the anniversary of the event together with many brands that have made the Moon the protagonist of special collections.

C’era una volta una ragazzina di 12 anni che una sera rimase incantata dalla favola più bella e realistica che sia mai accaduta: l’atterraggio sulla Luna. Sono passati esattamente 50 anni dall’evento più epico della storia dell’uomo. Neil Armstrong e Buzz Aldrin, partiti sull’Apollo 11, arrivarono sul satellite che dà luce alle nostre notti e lì lasciarono le loro orme, su quella superficie luminosa che alla ragazzina di 12 anni, come ad altre milioni di persone incollate agli schermi dei vecchi televisori, sembrava un deserto incantato.

Ancora ricordo l’emozione di quel momento e ora sono felice di festeggiare l’anniversario dell’evento insieme a tanti brand che hanno reso la Luna protagonista di collezioni speciali.
