Cosa succede quando Arte e Letteratura si incontrano? Nasce una nuova collezione di Wolf & Rita. Da un lato l’artista concettuale olandese Bastiaan Johan Christiaan (più facile ricordarlo con il suo soprannome Bas Jan) Ader e dall’altro un classico della narrativa, Robinson Crusoe di Daniel Defoe (che invitiamo tutti i ragazzi a leggere). Pensate che per pubblicizzare l’uscita nel 1719, lo scrittore fece credere che l’autore fosse il protagonista del libro e molti pensarono che le disavventure narrate fossero un diario di fatti realmente accaduti. Mentre resta avvolta nel mistero la disavventura che portò alla scomparsa di Bas Jan. L’ultima sua performance lo portò a una traversata in solitaria dell’Oceano Atlantico; partì nel Luglio del 1975 e la sua barca fu trovata 10 mesi dopo sulle coste irlandesi.

La collezione SS21 del brand portoghese nasce dall’idea di un immaginario incontro su una sperduta isola tropicale tra Bas Jan e Robinson Crusoe, incontro dal quale nascono storie meravigliose sulla bellezza della Natura. E noi immaginiamo già di essere lì ad ascoltarli…

What happens if Art meets Literature? A new collection by Wolf & Rita comes into the world. The SS21 collection of the Portuguese brand was inspired by ​​an imaginary encounter on a remote tropical island between Bas Jan and Robinson Crusoe, where they tell each other wonderful stories about the beauty of Natur. And we already imagine ourselves being there and listen to them…
