Louise and Niyah met in Paris’ 18th arrondissement, at the foot of Montmartre, inside the warm and charming tearoom Monsieur Caramel. A place deeply loved by the neighbourhood, where time slows down and traditions are passed on through small, meaningful gestures.

Welcomed into the workshop by Yohan Kim, a French-Korean pastry chef, the girls discovered the art of making caramel and the magic behind the traditional Christmas Yule log. What unfolded was not just a baking session, but a shared moment of curiosity, patience, and quiet joy.
