May always arrives like this, quietly.
And then suddenly there are invitations, dates in the calendar, things to prepare.
And the children, in the middle of it all, do what they always do: they move. They run, sit on the ground, disappear and reappear. Even on the “important” days.
Looking at Freedom to Celebrate, that’s exactly what came to mind.
How difficult it is to find something that truly works in those moments.
The shoes are beautiful, yes. But that’s not really the point.
It’s how they feel when worn. The leather is soft, it doesn’t restrict. The details are there, but they don’t weigh anything down. Even when there’s light — in the metallic reflections — it never becomes too much.

What struck me is the structure of the barefoot versions. Essential, almost invisible: wide toe box, thin sole, completely flat. It lets the foot do what it’s meant to do, without interfering.
And then there’s the more technical side, the part you don’t immediately see but that matters. The work with ICOPCV, the thinking behind growth, the right kind of support.

And for styling, I would go like this:
a metallic ballerina with loose jeans and a super elegant shirt, almost ceremonial, to take away some of the stiffness. Or a romantic dress with ballerinas and short socks — simple, without overthinking it.
How would you style them?
