Unveiling U-Set
This story begins at high school where Alexey and Maria met each other. Not only they stay friends over the years, but also they have found a synergy together, that led them to the foundation of Mera Makers Design Lab back in 2017.
They have specialized in object and furniture design, both functional and beautiful. Take the U-Set for example: it consists of an armchair, storage box and double table, all made of bending and lightweight plywood. Beside using them singularly, all elements of the set can be collected in a column, turning into a totem and becoming an art object.
Nice idea, isn’t it? We think U-Set is just the right option to educate young ones to a playful aesthetic.
