UNIQLO and Magnum Photos Announce Global Photo Exhibition: PEACE FOR ALL

Set to debut in London on September 13.

UNIQLO, in collaboration with the world-renowned photographic cooperative Magnum Photos, is launching a global photo exhibition titled PEACE FOR ALL, showcasing a curated collection of evocative photographs captured by Cristina de Middel, Lindokuhle Sobekwa, and Olivia Arthur. These photographers visited Vietnam, Ethiopia, and Romania, documenting the on-the-ground impact of the PEACE FOR ALL initiative. Each photo tells a unique story of the communities and lives touched by the financial support provided through UNIQLO’s PEACE FOR ALL project.

This exhibition underscores the global significance of peace and highlights how UNIQLO’s customers have helped raise over 1.5 billion yen (approximately 10 million dollars) for humanitarian causes since the launch of the PEACE FOR ALL T-shirt project. All profits from the T-shirt sales are donated to three major international humanitarian organizations: UNHCR (the UN Refugee Agency), Save the Children, and Plan International.

The exhibition, that features 63 stunning works of art that blend the power of fashion and the power of photography, will be accessible to the public for several weeks in each city, starting with its grand opening at Coal Drops Yard in King’s Cross, London. From there, the exhibition will travel to prominent public spaces in cities such as Rome, Stockholm, New York, Tokyo, and many others, including Paris, Berlin, Madrid, and Singapore. Full details of the exhibition dates and locations will be announced locally in each participating city.

In conjunction with this collaboration, UNIQLO is launching three new PEACE FOR ALL T-shirt designs featuring the very photographs showcased in the exhibition.
