Bebe Organic è stata fondata nel 2014 da Birgit Kadak, madre di due figli e laureata magistrale al London College of Fashion. Dopo che il suo primo figlio è stato diagnosticato con una condizione cutanea estremamente sensibile, Birgit era alla ricerca di alternative naturali e biologiche nel mercato tradizionale e di lusso, ma ha trovato solo prodotti sintetici e pieni di sostanze chimiche pericolose. Le alternative naturali erano troppo semplici e basilari.
