Louise e Niyah si incontrano nel 18° arrondissement di Parigi, ai piedi di Montmartre, da Monsieur Caramel. Un salon de thé accogliente, parte della vita quotidiana del quartiere, dove il tempo rallenta e le tradizioni si trasmettono attraverso gesti semplici e autentici.

Accolte nel laboratorio da Yohan Kim, pasticcere franco-coreano, le bambine scoprono l’arte del caramello e la preparazione della bûche de Noël. Non è solo cucinare insieme, ma condividere un momento fatto di curiosità, attenzione e piccole attese. Questa storia parla di infanzia, di artigianalità e del piacere di imparare facendo, immersi nel calore e nel ritmo gentile del Natale a Parigi.
